Job Overview
We are looking for an Executive Housekeeper to help lead the Team and housekeeping operations at a luxury hotel in DT Toronto. The ideal candidate will take pride in creating a pristine and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring an exceptional experience for both guests and staff. This role is pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and service excellence. This position reports to the Director of Housekeeping.
Duties
- Supervise and manage housekeeping staff
- Develop cleaning schedules and ensure they are followed
- Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness
- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- Train new housekeeping employees
- Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in industrial cleaning, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of safety protocols and cleaning standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
