Meadow Hill Staffing is hiring Auto Body Technicians for established collision repair shops in Scarborough and the East Toronto area. Our partner shops have been in business for decades, are insurance-approved, and have steady volume year-round.
If you're an Auto Body Tech, Collision Repair Specialist, or Body Repair Mechanic looking for a stable role with good pay and modern facilities, this is for you.
Job Duties:
- Perform body repair and structural work on damaged vehicles
- Weld and replace panels, including aluminum where applicable
- Operate frame machines and measuring equipment
- Prepare surfaces for paint application
- Communicate with estimators about repair scope and procedures
- Maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards
- Complete repairs to OEM and I-CAR specifications
Preferred (Not Mandatory) Credentials:
- 310Q Certificate of Qualification
- Red Seal endorsement
- I-CAR certification
- OEM training (any major manufacturer)
- Aluminum welding experience
- Mitchell or Audatex experience
- Apprenticeship in progress
Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years auto body experience preferred (apprentices welcome)
- Strong welding skills (MIG and spot)
- Familiarity with modern materials including high-strength steel and aluminum
- Reliable transportation
- Professional attitude and good communication
