Role Overview
Axglo is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Specialist + Technician to join our team. This combined role is ideal for someone who is passionate about golf, comfortable with hands-on equipment work, and able to bridge communication between our overseas manufacturing team and our local customers. Proficiency in both Chinese and English is essential.
Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Axglo’s full product lineup, including golf push carts and electric push carts, to serve as an internal and customer-facing product expert.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on golf push carts, electric golf carts, and related accessories.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic issues with golf equipment, including golf bags, accessories, and electronic components.
- Assist customers with product selection and usage, providing expert advice and recommendations based on their individual needs and preferences.
- Communicate with Axglo’s overseas team in Chinese to coordinate product information, technical updates, and support issues.
- Maintain accurate records of service and repair activities, including inventory management and parts ordering.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in both Chinese and English — verbal.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience is not required, but will be considered a strong asset.
- Basic knowledge of golf equipment brands, models, and specifications.
- Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- A genuine interest in sports and golf is a valued asset.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
