Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in food service management. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Supervisor will play a crucial role in driving sales performance, maintaining store standards, and fostering a positive work environment. Must have open availability and be available for shifts from 5 am to 11 pm.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, pricing, and inventory management.
- Train and develop staff through effective onboarding and ongoing training programs.
- Handle cash transactions, ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures.
- Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide feedback to team members for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while promoting a positive work culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service management or supervisory roles is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in bilingual or multilingual communication preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with effective time management capabilities.
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, merchandising, and pricing strategies is highly desirable.
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive relationships with customers and vendors.
- Familiarity with training & development practices to enhance team performance.
