At Think Physio & Wellness, we are a growing multidisciplinary healthcare clinic dedicated to helping our patients move better, feel better, and live healthier lives. Located in the heart of Cloverdale near Five Corners, our clinic offers Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Chiropractic Care, Kinesiology, Counselling, and other wellness services in a welcoming and professional environment.
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Casual Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Location: Cloverdale, Surrey, BC
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text inquiries.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinic documentation.
- Process payments and assist with direct billing when required.
- Support day-to-day administrative and front desk operations.
- Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Assist with general office duties and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous reception, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems.
- Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) is an asset.
- Experience with Jane App, QuickBooks, or healthcare administration is an asset.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy clinic environment.
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
