Located in the heart of Cloverdale near Five Corners, our clinic offers Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Chiropractic Care, Kinesiology, Counselling, and other wellness services in a welcoming and professional environment.
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Casual Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Location: Cloverdale, Surrey, BC
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text inquiries.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinic documentation.
- Process payments and assist with direct billing when required.
- Support day-to-day administrative and front desk operations.
- Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Assist with general office duties and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous reception, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems.
- Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) is an asset.
- Experience with Jane App, QuickBooks, or healthcare administration is an asset.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy clinic environment.
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
