Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking team member to join our construction company. The position involves a variety of residential indoor and outdoor projects including decks, fences, sheds, kitchens, basements, bathrooms, framing, renovations, and general construction work.
The ideal candidate has construction experience, works well with others, and takes pride in quality workmanship. We are looking for someone dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Build and install decks, fences, sheds, and outdoor structures
- Assist with kitchen, bathroom, and basement renovations
- Perform framing, carpentry, demolition, and finishing work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Load/unload materials and maintain clean job sites
- Follow project plans and instructions
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Ensure work is completed safely and professionally
Requirements:
- Construction or carpentry experience preferred
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working outdoors
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work full-time and arrive on time
