Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and personable Manicurist/Pedicurist to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nail care services, including manicures and pedicures, while ensuring a clean and sanitized environment. This role offers an opportunity to enhance clients' confidence and well-being through professional nail treatments and personalized customer service.
Duties
- Perform professional manicure and pedicure services, including shaping, polishing, and cuticle care
- Offer additional beauty services an asset
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools in compliance with health regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client preferences and recommending suitable nail care treatments
- Engage in upselling retail products related to nail care and skincare to enhance client experience and increase sales
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
- Keep detailed records of services provided and client preferences for future visits
- Assist with retail sales by promoting products that complement nail treatments
Experience
- Proven experience as a Manicurist/Pedicurist or similar role in a salon or spa environment
- Knowledge of current nail care trends, techniques, and sanitation standards
- Skills in retail sales, and upselling are highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to perform nail care services efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Sanitation protocols and maintaining a hygienic workspace
Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
