Stogryn Premier Wellness Resources is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our Salon Division. Reporting directly to the Salon Administrator, this role provides essential support to our Salon Sales and Education team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include order processing, class and event preparation, setup and teardown coordination, calendar and schedule management, marketing and promotional support, travel and accommodation arrangements, report maintenance, and other duties as required.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of office experience, preferably in an administrative support role within a customer-focused environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required. Candidates should also be comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting related to educational sessions and events. Experience in the beauty industry and familiarity with inventory management software are considered strong assets.
