Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete finishing and forming, with the ability to work on various construction projects. This role involves preparing and finishing concrete surfaces, ensuring high-quality results that meet project specifications. The Concrete Finisher will collaborate with other construction professionals to achieve project goals efficiently and safely.
Our focus is commercial and civil flat works. Road works and heavy construction oriented.
Must have:
Minimum 5 Years concrete experience
Professional level skills with finishing
Professional level skills with forming
Duties
- Prepare and set up forms for concrete pouring, ensuring proper alignment and stability.
- Pour, and finish concrete surfaces according to specifications.
- Use various tools and equipment to smooth and shape concrete surfaces, including trowels, floats, and screeds.
- Perform renovations and restorations on existing concrete structures as needed.
- Operate heavy equipment safely for transporting materials and assisting in the finishing process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction tools and equipment.
- Proficient in concrete finishing techniques
- Experience in concrete forming processes to create durable structures.
- Ability to renovate and restore existing concrete surfaces effectively.
- Competence in heavy equipment operation for efficient material handling.
- Familiarity with carpentry tasks related to formwork is advantageous.

Pay: $26.00-$34.00 per hour
