Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shop Laborer to join our manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you will fabricate a variety of HVAC fittings to meet production demands while supporting daily shop operations. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires standing for the duration of the shift, regularly lifting materials up to 70 lbs., and operating a variety of fabrication equipment and hand tools. Attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential to producing high-quality products and maintaining an organized, safe workplace. Previous manufacturing experience is an asset but not required, as we value individuals who are eager to learn and grow within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and hand tools to assemble, fabricate, or package products as directed.
- Follow work orders, blueprints, and standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Inspect products for defects and report any quality issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts, material handling, and movement of finished goods as required.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding workflow, issues, or suggestions for improvement.
- Complete required production documentation and time logs accurately.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and as part of a team.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools and machinery.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed (up to 70 lbs).

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $ 19.00 - $ 20.00 per hour
- Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM MST
