Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile <PERSON> to join our construction and manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various trades, including carpentry, masonry, electrical, plumbing, and general construction. This role involves working on diverse projects such as restoration, concrete forming, cabinetry, roofing, siding, and more. The <PERSON> will be responsible for executing detailed tasks with precision, utilizing a wide range of tools and techniques to ensure high-quality results across multiple disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans
- Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work with attention to structural integrity
- Install cabinets, flooring (including tile laying), siding, roofing, and other building components
- Conduct construction painting, caulking, and finishing work to meet project specifications
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other equipment safely and effectively
- Assist with plumbing and electrical installations as required by project scope
- Read and interpret schematics for electrical or mechanical systems
- Measure and cut materials precisely using appropriate tools for woodworking or framing tasks
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks necessary for construction projects
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to client satisfaction
Experience
- Proven experience in construction trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, siding, or general contracting
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating processes
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and heavy equipment operation
- Knowledge of restoration techniques and handyman services is a plus
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings involving assembly or rebar installation is advantageous
- Ability to adapt to various roles within the construction environment based on project needs
- Prior experience in plumbing or electrical work is beneficial but not mandatory
