United Motorz Inc is seeking a motivated and focused Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing excellent customer service in our used car dealership. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers as they visit the dealership, building positive rapport and establishing trust.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' preferences, budget, and requirements and guide with a selection of over 150 cars available instock.
- Showcase and demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting their features and benefits, virtually or in person.
- Provide accurate information on pricing, financing options, and available warranties.
- Effectively handle inquiries, emails, and phone calls from potential customers.
- Lead customers through the sales process, from test drives to closing the deal.
- Collaborate with the Management to close deals with high negotation tactics.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the used inventory, pricing.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Leads will be given via autotrader, cargurus, facebook daily.
- Participate in dealership training and development programs to enhance your skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus).
- OMVIC license is requirement.
- Proven sales experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of automotive.
- A valid driver's license.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
