Aircraft Component Technician

The purpose of the Aircraft Component Technician position is to perform inspection, repair, and overhaul tasks on aircraft components. This is an entry level position; the Technician is involved in shipping, receiving, disassembly, cleaning, stripping of coatings, painting and documenting work performed.
Responsibilities:
- Shipping and receiving as required.
- Disassemble, clean, and strip components in accordance with the technical documents.
- Identify and document damaged or worn parts.
- Perform or arrange for inspection.
- Paint component as required.
- Document work performed.
- Send components to the next station.
- Perform additional related duties as required.
- Work safely, and understand rules and regulations affecting work and workplace.
Skill Sets:
- High level of manual dexterity and an interest in aircraft systems.
- Written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail oriented.
- Physical strength and endurance (able to lift repeatedly)
- Ability to work with others cooperatively and follow directives precisely

- Scheduled shifts 7AM – 3:30PM
- A criminal reference check is required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
