Part-Time Customer Experience Associate

FTY Lab is an international soccer performance brand bringing an elite training and customer experience to Canada. Our facility is designed to deliver premium standards on and off the field, and every team member plays a role in creating an environment that feels professional, welcoming, and world-class.
We are hiring Part-Time Customer Experience Associates to support front-of-house operations, customer service, facility presentation, and event execution. This role is ideal for reliable, energetic individuals who take pride in high standards and enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet members, players, parents, and guests in a professional and welcoming manner
- Manage check-in for members, programs, camps, and events
- Answer basic questions and direct customers to the appropriate staff when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the facility to premium standards at all times
- Support setup, flow, and guest needs during birthday parties, rentals, and special events
- Monitor common areas to ensure safety, order, and a positive experience
- Assist with light administrative or operational tasks as needed
- Represent the FTY Lab brand with professionalism, energy, and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a busy, active environment
- Able to multitask and stay calm during peak periods
- Willing to work evenings and weekends
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or facility experience is an asset
- Soccer or sports facility experience is a bonus, but not required
Schedule & Availability
This is a part-time role with shifts available during evenings, weekends, and peak event times. Availability during weekends is required.
Compensation
Hourly wage: $17.25 – $20 per hour, based on experience.
