Continual Energy Inc. deploys cutting-edge, specialized energy solutions for buildings. We are currently looking for an individual to assist our Procurement and Shipping/Receiving Manager with tasks relating to procurement, warehouse, and shipping/receiving of parts and components ordered for use in the implementation of heating, cooling, and ventilation controls and optimization projects for commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities.
Core Responsibilities:
- Process new purchase orders in the purchasing system
- Coordinate with vendors regarding the availability and lead-time of required items.
- Supporting shipping/receiving of parts, including coordination with courier and freight companies.
- Assisting with inventory management for the warehouse, multiple offices, and project sites.
- Delivery/pickup of parts, packages, and materials to/from locations within the GTA.
- Daily office work required from Monday through Friday, with occasional travel to project sites within GTA.
- Report directly to Procurement and Shipping/Receiving Manager.
Skills Required:
- Detail-oriented - accurate and efficient data entry into existing software systems, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of procurement processes.
- Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to take direction, work in a fast-paced team and collaborative environment, multitask, and maintain organization.
- Very comfortable with Windows-based computer systems and Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).
Qualifications and Education Required:
- Diploma, degree, certification and/or equivalent relevant experience in related field.
- Mechanical or Electrical background preferred but not required
Compensation:
- Salary range $45,000 to $55,000 dependent upon experience and qualifications.
- Three (3) weeks of vacation.

Schedule:

- Capable of passing an Ontario Contractor Security Screening Check (no criminal record).
