What You’ll Do
Leadership & Team Development
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a team of Stylists and Key Holders
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven store culture
- Lead by example on the sales floor, setting the standard for client service and professionalism
- Conduct regular coaching conversations, performance reviews, and development planning
- Create schedules that support both business needs and team success
Client Experience & Sales
- Deliver an exceptional and personalized luxury shopping experience
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through outreach, styling appointments, and follow-up communication
- Drive sales performance and consistently achieve store goals and KPIs
- Identify opportunities to increase client retention and grow the boutique’s client book
- Lead local networking and community engagement initiatives
Visual Merchandising & Brand Presentation
- Maintain impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Execute seasonal floor sets, product launches, and promotional initiatives
- Ensure the boutique reflects the Judith & Charles brand at all times
Operations & Inventory Management
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage inventory accuracy, stock organization, transfers, and replenishment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
- Analyze sales performance and utilize reporting tools to identify opportunities for growth
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion, luxury, or premium retail
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Strong sales and clienteling skills
- Passion for fashion, styling, and exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
