Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Animal Care Worker - Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our dog care facility. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring the well-being of our dogs, and maintaining efficient facility operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal, customer service, & staff relations skills, and skills to manage the overall daily running of our dog care facility: grooming, daycare, boarding, and training. We work from a positive reinforcement perspective.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily dog care activities
- Oversee staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain high standards of animal care
- Conduct routine inspections of the facility to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Implement safety protocols and ensure staff adherence to safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the dog care industry or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Prior experience in supervising staff or managing daily operations is preferred

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
