We are looking for a reliable, safety-minded Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with SMAW, FCAW, and GMAW welding, be able to read and interpret technical drawings, and take pride in producing high-quality work.
This role will involve a variety of fabrication and repair projects in a shop environment while maintaining strong safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks according to project specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and weld symbols
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with required standards
- Operate, maintain, and care for welding equipment, tools, and related machinery
- Follow all company safety procedures, workplace policies, and applicable regulations
- Assist with general shop and duties as required
- Work collaboratively with supervisors, team members, and other trades to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous welding experience required
- Experience with SMAW, FCAW, and GMAW welding processes preferred
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols
- CWB certification or equivalent is considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Physically able to lift, bend, stand for extended periods, and work in various positions

Pay: $27.00-$37.00 per hour
