Role and responsibilities
- Delivering a high level of customer service.
- Interact, respond and follow up with customers on a daily basis, promptly responding to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
- Sell a diversified line of products via phone and over-the-counter
- Processing customer orders through the computer system, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery
- Utilizing the computer system to look up the correct parts for repairs.
- Ensuring customers parts orders are accurately filled and delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
- Effectively communicating product features, benefits and warranty policy information to customers.
- Executing the store’s business plan as per company guidelines.
- Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude.
- Work effectively as part of the team.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Support the sales team through up selling, service, pricing, delivery and inventory inquiries
- Maintain a well-rounded knowledge of products and supplies
- Other related duties including but not limited to supporting the warehouse functions as required
Requirements
- Automotive Parts experience in the automotive aftermarket parts industry (min 1 year)
- Experience delivering a high level of customer service and sales results
- Experience with automotive repairs is an asset
- Proficient knowledge of automotive operating systems and repairs
- An appetite for continuous learning and knowledge
- Excellent verbal, written and effective listening skills
- Experience working under pressure and setting priorities
- Computer experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including alternating Saturdays up to a maximum of 44 hours per week
- Must have over the phone experience dealing with a high volume of customer orders

- Preferred Qualification: First Aid and CPR Certification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
