Job Responsibilities:
You will:
- Be an integral member of our team and guest experience!
- Take ownership of your position by providing a clean and sparkly stock of dishes, utensils, glasses, pots/pans, and cooking equipment is consistently available your team.
- Chief Operator, maintaining washing equipment including dishwashers and hand wash stations.
- Sort, stack, and load dishware into dish racks in an organized fashion to maximize machine capacity, and reduce breakage.
- Maintain the cleanest work station in the business, and comply with food sanitation requirements.
- Be available to work weekends and have a flexible schedule.
- Lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time.
Qualifications/Skills

- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong English communication skills with ability to establish and develop relationships with team members, partners, and customers.
- Accuracy and ninja like speed in executing tasks.
- Ability to work well with team members.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, and uplift others around you.
- Punctuality.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Familiarity with industry best practices.
