We are seeking a dedicated farm machinery operator to join our team in Brownsville. This is a fulltime position designed for an individual who excels in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties:
- Operate farm equipment and machinery to till soil, plant, cultivate and harvest crops, and load and unload crops or containers of materials
- Monitor equipment and machinery operations to detect malfunctions
- Perform equipment and machinery maintenance if required
- may perform minor repairs to farm equipment and machinery
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Secondary School certificate or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year experience required
- Language of Work: English, Dutch would be an asset
- Specific Skills: farm knowledge
