JOB TYPE: Permanent, Full-time Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
LOCATION: This position is based out of our office in Kitchener, ON.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Associate for Bavarian Window Works will be responsible for the shipping, receiving, and delivering windows and doors to our customers.
To be successful in this role, the right candidate is extremely reliable, collaborative, and results driven.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS & KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Driving company vehicles to deliver windows and doors to customers
- Load and unload product from trucks
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming products
- Unpack and put away stock. Organize within the appropriate storage areas
- Inspect and verify outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality of inventory against invoices, purchase orders and other documentation as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in warehouse role, preferably in an industry such as Window/Door Supplier (or equivalent)
- Highschool diploma or equivalent.
- G level Driver’s License
- Clean Driver’s abstract
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Customer-service focus.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborative and team oriented.
- Prioritizes health and safety.
