Summary
We are seeking Regional Sales Associates across Canada to drive adoption of innovative, plant-based biostimulant technologies from SixRing. This role focuses on developing strong relationships with growers and retail partners while delivering solutions that improve crop performance, nutrient efficiency, and farm profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and executing strategic territory and account plans
- Driving demand for SixRing TeraCoat™ (seed and soil solutions) and TeraSix™ (foliar solutions)
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with progressive growers, agronomists, and retailers
- Positioning SixRing biostimulants and associated products as tools to enhance fertilizer efficiency and crop resilience
- Delivering product knowledge, demos, and agronomic insights
- Identifying new market opportunities and expanding territory penetration
- Collecting field intelligence and customer feedback to further build out the product offering
- Monitoring competitor activity and providing real-time market intelligence
- Maintaining CRM data, forecasts, and sales reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years in agriculture sales, agronomy, or crop input industry
- Strong understanding of crop production systems and input economics
- Ability to sell value-based, innovative products (not commodity sales)
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-starter with strong territory management discipline
- Willingness to travel
- Preference for individuals with strong book of accounts and customers
