Responsibilities:
Preparing baked goods and fillings including but not limited to:
- cakes
- buttercreams, ganaches
- Ability to fill, torte, and mask cakes
Skills:
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Cleanliness and initiative is required
Willingness to learn and grow with a small team
Works well independently
Work Experience:
2 years cake shop experience is required
Education/Certification Requirements:
Baking and Pastry Arts Diploma or equivalent
Food Handlers Certificate
Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
