About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Handyman to support ongoing maintenance and repair needs across our client estates. You will work directly with our estate management team to ensure properties are kept in pristine condition at all times.
Responsibilities
- General interior and exterior repairs and maintenance
- Painting, patching, caulking, and finishing work
- Basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting
- Furniture assembly and installation
- Seasonal property preparation tasks
- Coordinating with vendors and tradespeople on-site
- Reporting property issues to the estate management team
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of handyman or general contracting experience
- High attention to detail and pride in quality of work
- Professional presentation and discretion — you will be working in private, high-profile residences
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong communication and punctuality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice to Have
- Experience working in luxury residential properties
- Trade certifications (plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
- References from private household or estate clients
