Suds Hamilton is seeking a motivated Supervisor to join our team. Through our accredited training program, you’ll build the skills, certifications, and experience needed to advance into a leadership role within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Work as a team to help our customers maintain a clean vehicle
- Develop a full understanding of company objectives, policies and procedures
- Complete our Certification program
- Supervise staff on the floor to ensure efficient and safe flow of work
- Develop the ability to manage and/or assist our location
Requirements:
- A dedicated, hard-working individual that can take direction well
- A team player with customer service experience
- Previous management/supervisory experience is an asset
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated
- Ability to notice things and take action, with a great attention to detail
- Flexibility, as stores are open 7 days per week
- Must have a valid driver’s license
