Full Job Description
We are looking for a reliable team member to assist with pool and spa maintenance and service.
This is a seasonal position from June to September, working Monday to Thursday (4 days per week), averaging 8 hours per day.
A company vehicle is provided for work use. Applicants must have a suitable location to park the vehicle when not in use.
No experience is required. Training will be provided upon hiring. Experience with pools, hot tubs, landscaping, construction, or other outdoor service work is an asset.
About the Role
This position involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and performing moderate physical work, including lifting equipment and supplies weighing 50 lbs (25 kg) or more.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs (25 kg+) regularly
- Suitable location to park a company vehicle
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- English required
Responsibilities
- Cleaning and maintaining pools and spas
- Water testing and chemical balancing
- Servicing residential and commercial customers
- Completing daily service records
- Communicating with customers
- Assisting with basic mechanical repairs and maintenance (training provided)
Work Location
- Mobile service position
- Service area includes White Rock, Surrey, and Langley
- Travel required throughout the service area
