We’re a growing automotive dealership dedicated to providing exceptional service and innovative solutions to our customers. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated F&I Manager to join our team and help drive profitability while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
What You’ll Do
As our F&I Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping customers secure financing, insurance, and value-added products. You’ll work closely with the sales team to maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and sell finance and insurance products to customers (loans, warranties, credit and life insurance, etc.).
- Clearly explain aftermarket products and extended warranties.
- Prepare and process accurate finance and lease documentation for lender approvals and funding.
- Maintain relationships with banks, credit unions, and insurance providers to secure competitive rates.
- Ensure every customer is offered F&I options through a consistent sales process.
- Generate reports on finance penetration and assist in forecasting with the sales team.
- Ensure all fees are collected and documented properly.
- Stay current with industry training and regulatory requirements.

- Proficiency with documentation and reporting.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in automotive finance, insurance, or a related field.
Required Licenses/Certifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- OMVIC License
- Manufacturer Training (or willingness to complete)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
