Clean My Home Ltd. is a growing residential and commercial cleaning company serving Edmonton, Leduc, and the surrounding communities. We're looking for an experienced residential cleaner who takes pride in their work and knows how to do the job well without being micromanaged.
This is a role for someone who already knows their way around a home cleaning — you'll hit the ground running, work to our high standard, and be trusted to manage your own jobs. We value experience here: if you're good at what you do, you'll have the independence to just do it.
It's a part-time role to start, with a clear path to full-time as the business grows. This is not a contractor position; the successful candidate will be a valued employee.
What you'll do
- Clean homes to our high standard – recurring/maintenance cleans, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out jobs, on your own or alongside a teammate.
- Work efficiently – manage your time well on each job and keep the day on schedule without sacrificing quality.
- Represent us well – be friendly, professional, and trustworthy in our clients' homes.
What we're looking for
- Proven residential cleaning experience – you've done this before and you're good at it, and you can provide references who can confirm this
- Experience with deep cleans
- Efficient and detail-oriented, with consistently high standards
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable and punctual — clients are counting on us to show up
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (you'll travel between client homes)
- Able to pass a criminal record check
- Physically able to handle the demands of cleaning work
