Pharmasave Esquimalt has an opening for an experienced permanent part time cashier/merchandiser. 2 shifts per week. 12-16 hours per week. A weekend will be a part of this position.
We are 100% locally owned and operated.
Duties will include: Cashier, lotto, merchandising, stocking, and general duties.
Store hours are Sunday 10:00am - 5:00pm, M-F 9:00am - 6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers
- Strong problem-solving skills to effectively address customer concerns
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using a POS till
Wage is flexible based on current experience.
