Key Responsibilities:
- Operate in a fast-paced environment to provide all areas of the restaurant with clean, sanitized dishware
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ensure company food production specifications are met, while executing appropriate food handling protocols
- Uphold cleanliness of workstation
- Support in all areas of the kitchen
Key Requirements:
- Must be able to work nights/close/mornings/weekends
- Previous experience in a full-service restaurant considered to be an asset
- Attention to detail
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Possess basic food handling and preparation knowledge
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
