Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Handyman/Woman to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in building maintenance, including but not limited to minor drywall repair, minor plumbing, painting, carpentry. The ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of systems and equipment would be considered an asset. Must have valid drivers license with no restrictions.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance - make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical
- Preform minor repairs on appliances
- Minor drywall repairs & painting
- Carpentry skills would be considered an asset
- Facilities maintenance including lawn care and snow removal
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to document work activities
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Must be dependable, flexible and bondable
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Some task would require working outdoors in hot or cold conditions
Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
