Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Supervisor & Crew Members to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional food service experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cashiering
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and upselling techniques
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring a positive dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen areas, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food safety practices such as proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely order fulfillment during busy periods
- Support team members in various restaurant tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Knowledge of food preparation, serving, cashiering, and food safety standards
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Kitchen experience or restaurant experience is advantageous
- Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of sanitation practices and food handling regulations
