We are seeking an outgoing and proactive team member to serve our guests and make their experience memorable. Our newly renovated Wine Shop is located in Naramata, BC.
Responsibilities Include:
- Daily opening/closing duties
- Maintaining cleanliness of tasting room and wine bar
- Restocking of wines
- Daily cash procedures and point-of-sale transactions
- conducting wine tastings & providing valuable information about our winery and our wines
Requirements:
- Available on weekends
- Must be 19+ and have your Serving It Right or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Flexible availability. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Comfortable speaking to large groups.
Knowledge of wine an asset
