What You'll Do
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients with warmth, professionalism, and a friendly smile
- Booking, rescheduling, and coordinating appointments
- Answering phone calls and responding to email inquiries
- Processing patient payments and balancing daily transactions
- Billing patients and maintaining accurate financial records
- Managing confidential patient records using electronic health record software
- Performing opening and closing clinic procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms between patients and helping maintain a clean, organized clinic
- Ensuring office equipment and supplies are stocked and functioning properly
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy chiropractic clinic

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous administrative or medical office experience
- Experience using Mac computers
- Experience with Teams and Microsoft 365
- Experience using Jane App (considered an asset)
- Previous chiropractic clinic experience (considered an asset)
