Security Guard – Retail Environment (Full-Time & Casual)
We are currently seeking professional and experienced Security Guards for a high-traffic retail environment. This role requires individuals who are confident, proactive, and comfortable engaging with the public.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of security experience (retail or public-facing settings preferred)
* Valid security license
* Use of Force and Handcuffing certification required
* Strong communication and de-escalation skills
* Ability to handle high-volume foot traffic and incidents professionally
*A valid class G drivers license
Responsibilities:
* Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and ensure safety
* Conduct regular patrols and monitor activity
* Respond to incidents and enforce site protocols
* Provide excellent customer service while maintaining authority
