We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. Duties
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
- Provide attentive caregiving, ensuring the safety and well-being of each child at all times
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized assistance
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to promote open communication and collaboration
- Observe and document children's progress, behaviors, and developmental milestones
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom, including educational materials and supplies
- Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations to ensure a secure environment for children
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings is preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members
- Compassionate nature with a genuine passion for supporting children's growth and development
- Ability to create an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and needs
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is desirable but not mandatory; training can be provided if necessary
- A background check may be required to ensure the safety of all children in care

Pay: $15.00-$26.78 per hour
