Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. Duties
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and team members.
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, ensuring all children receive appropriate care and attention.
- Maintain accurate records of children's development and daily activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum plans and improve classroom practices.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and safety standards at all times.
Skills
- Experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings.
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and developmentally appropriate practices.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities, demonstrating patience and adaptability.
- Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to foster positive behavior.
- Compassionate caregiving skills combined with a genuine passion for supporting children's growth.
- Effective communication skills to engage children, parents, and team members professionally.
- Classroom experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.

Pay: $17.35-$28.82 per hour
