Nanua & Ioffe Lawyers is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Client Intake Coordinator. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a genuine desire to help others, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
- Schedule initial interviews of potential clients
- Prepare Intake packages
- Conduct client intake meetings, in-person at the office, over the phone and virtually with the ability to travel to meet clients at various locations such as physiotherapy clinics
- Educate clients on legal processes, rights, and responsibilities, providing clear and accurate information.
- Collaborate with lawyers and legal assistants to ensure seamless transition of cases from intake to representation.
- Following up with prospective new clients to answer any further questions and to keep the door open for them to hire the firm when they are ready
- Running conflict checks
- Prepare OCF-1 and send to Insurance company
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, legal intake, or a similar role is advantageous.
- Experience in a personal injury law firm in a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with case management software
- Access to a reliable vehicle
