The Behaviour Team Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist. We currently have funded clients waiting for services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop individualized care plans using evidence-based treatment
- Provide treatment to clients in-center or in-home.
- Work independently and manage caseload to meet client needs
- On-going communication with directors and parents
- Provide training and support to clinical team and families
- Attend clinical meetings
Qualifications
- Graduate of a recognized Occupational Therapy program
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO)
- Adherence to all relevant laws and legislation.
- Ontario Autism Provider approved
- Sensory integration experience
- Current vulnerable section police check
- Valid driver’s license and insured transportation
- Professional Liability insurance
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, organization and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Autism is preferred
- Familiar with the Ontario Autism Program is preferred
Wage to be determined by experience.
