Administrative Assistant – Member Services Team
TumbleTown Movement Education Centre is looking for an organized, customer-focused Administrative Assistant to join our Member Services Team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have strong administrative skills, and love helping families, we'd love to hear from you!
About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the daily operations of our gymnastics centre. You'll provide exceptional customer service to families, assist with registrations and scheduling, manage communications, and help ensure our office runs efficiently. As part of a small, collaborative team, you'll also provide flexible support to other staff members as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process correspondence, reports, forms, and other business documents.
- Manage company email and respond professionally & promptly to customer inquiries regarding classes and programs.
- Schedule and confirm classes, events, and student make-ups
- Answer phone calls and electronic inquiries.
- Maintain student records and filing systems.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Coordinate facility bookings and special events.
- Compile information for management reports.
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff.
Qualifications
- College diploma required (business-related education is an asset).
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience in gymnastics, recreation, or children's movement education is an asset.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with scheduling and client management software (Jackrabbit Class experience is an asset).
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing email systems (Roundcube Webmail experience is an asset).
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Must be able to travel and work at multiple TumbleTown locations throughout Vancouver and Richmond as operational needs require.

- On-site position (remote work is not available).
