- Engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple calls efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
- Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, particularly in English and Spanish, are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and effectively.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and upselling strategies is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in data entry and using customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous.
