Summary
'We are seeking a highly organized Office Manager to join TAG Protection in Orangeville, Ontario. Ideal candidates will be tasked with providing general finance, payroll, HR and other administrative support.
'Responsibilities'
Office Administration
o Answering Incoming Calls and dispatching as required
o Preparation and sorting of incoming and outgoing mail
o Maintaining Policy and Procedures
o Maintaining Office Supplies
o Customer Service Agreements
o Updating Scheduling database with new events and customer data
o Support reporting, spreadsheets, and internal tracking systems
o Preparation of Investigation Reports
o Office filing
o Any additional duties assigned
· Accounting
o Maintain customer data in Quick Books Accounting Software
o Process Customer Invoices
o Accounts Receivable collections
o Preparation of Bank Deposits
o Processing A/P Invoices
o Account reconciliations
· Payroll & HR
o Maintaining personnel files
o Daily maintenance of Scheduling and payroll information
o Bi- weekly transmittal of company payroll information to Payroll Provider (Ceridian)
o Handle WSIB claims
o Administration of Medical and Dental Benefits
o Monthly Government Remittances
Qualifications
· Must be proficient in Quick Books & Microsoft Office products- Strong Word and Excel skills required
· Highly polished customer service skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· College diploma in accounting or related university degree
· Knowledge of HR Policies
· Ability to interpret HR regulations, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures man
· Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
· Experience in Security and Investigations industry an asset
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
