Responsible for serving customers and selling merchandise. Completes regular sales transactions. Provides courteous service to customers in a timely manner. Maintains knowledge of current promotions, fashion trends, merchandise features, and store inventory. Assists in maintaining store visual objectives, housekeeping standards and stock replenishment. May handle customer complaints, exchanges, refunds, and adjustments. Helps ensure correct signing and pricing of merchandise. Involved indirectly with ticketing of products as well as checking paperwork against items received. Good knowledge of company policy and procedures as they relate to loss prevention and safety.
