The successful candidate will:
Design, build, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical tools.
Transform complex data into actionable insights that help teams make informed business decisions.
Create part codes and maintain accurate product and sales data across multiple retail customers while ensuring strong data governance and data integrity.
Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to solve business problems using data.
Improve and automate recurring reporting and business processes.
Own projects from concept to delivery while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Create documentation and standardized processes that improve team efficiency.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve our systems, reporting, and processes by leveraging automation, advanced analytics, AI, machine learning, and data-driven solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
A strong curiosity for data science and advanced analytics, with a desire to continuously learn new tools and techniques.

Advanced Microsoft Excel including Power Query.
Strong SQL skills.
Experience developing reports and dashboards in Microsoft Power BI (including DAX)
Experience working with large datasets and ensuring data quality and integrity.
Familiarity with Python for data analysis or automation is an asset.
Comfortable using AI tools to improve speed, quality, and organization.
We offer a competitive compensation package based on education, experience, and demonstrated performance.
Hourly compensation: Starting at $26 per hour pending experience and qualification. Final offer based on experience.
