A Bachelor Degree in Engineering or a related field is required. The ideal incumbent will have a minimum of 15 years of work experience in large scale ($50m+) construction, preferably related to Construction Management & AFP projects. Previous work experience with a general contractor is preferred as is a thorough knowledge of contract management in diverse environments.
The successful candidate will possess excellent customer relationship skills, negotiations, team work skills, strong business acumen, demonstrated leadership skills, strategic thinking skills, project management skills, strong computer skills and excellent written and oral communication skills.
Bilingualism (French/English) or proficiency in a second language would be considered an asset. Experience working within the healthcare environment is preferred.

Executive Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary is competitive and based on experience, with a hiring range of $144,448.85 – $180,561.06 per year. (based on leadership experience, qualifications, and organizational needs)
• Full Salary Range: $144,448.85 – $216,673.27 per year (reflecting progressive growth and leadership tenure within the organization)
