Job Description:
The Senior Site Supervisor will be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of modular construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of modular construction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities related to modular construction projects, including but not limited to site preparation, module installation, utility connections, and finishing works.
· This is a hands-on position requiring supervisor to work alongside their crew.
· Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards throughout the construction process.
· Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
· Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
· Monitor project progress and identify any issues or risks that may impact the schedule, budget, or quality of work.
· Work closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve any technical or design-related challenges that arise during construction.
· Conduct regular site inspections and quality inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards and client expectations.
· Provide leadership and mentorship to site staff, including foremen, tradespeople, and laborers, to foster a positive and productive work environment.
· Prepare and maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress reports, and project documentation.
· Collaborate with the project management team to develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness on site.
· Assist with estimator with estimating and materials take-offs.
· Assist with hiring qualified trades personnel.
· Other assigned duties as required.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in modular construction or traditional construction supervision.
· Strong knowledge of modular construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
· A in depth knowledge of best practices in each trade field including carpentry, electrical, plumbing and gasfitting.
· Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in reading construction plans and specifications.
· Familiarity with construction safety regulations and procedures.
· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.

Pay: $35.00-$42.00 per hour
