About the Role
We are looking for a reliable Machine Operators for day and evening shifts to run industrial braiding machines on our production floor. You'll be responsible for setting up equipment, monitoring output quality, and keeping your work area safe and organized.

## What You'll Do
- Set up and operate braiding machines according to work orders
- Load bobbins, thread carriers, and adjust tension and speed settings
- Monitor machines during production and fix minor issues (broken strands, tension problems)
- Inspect finished product for defects and flag anything that doesn't meet spec
- Prepare and stage raw materials before each run
- Keep machines clean and report any maintenance needs
- Record production quantities and downtime accurately

## What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Some experience with production or textile machinery (we'll train the right candidate)
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and be able to stand during shift
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
