SUMMARY
The Leasing Coordinator will provide administrative support to the lease administration team in the area of lease documentation tracking and recording, receipt and distribution of mails and correspondences, lease documentation scanning and file maintenance. Where required, the Leasing Coordinator abstracts lease documentation and responds to simple lease interpretation requests and/or forwards such requests to relevant lease administration team members
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- More than 1 year experience of commercial lease abstraction or property administration work experience with a community college diploma preferably in accounting, business administration or law clerk studies
- Administrative and organizational skills. Attention to detail.
- Computer skills in spreadsheet, database, and word processing applications
- Familiarity with leases.
- Strong customer focus and a total commitment to customer satisfaction
- Strong team player

This is a regular, full-time position with a salary range of $52,864 - $66,080per annum. The starting salary will be based on the successful candidate’s competencies, including but not limited to experience, education, professional designations and performance related to this role.
