Job Description:
BOWLDUP is looking to hire a reliable and hardworking Cook / Cashier for our restaurant in St. Catharines.
We are looking for someone who has experience working in a fast-paced food service environment and is comfortable helping with both kitchen duties and front counter/customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare food items according to BOWLDUP standards
- Cook, portion, and assemble bowls, wraps, and other menu items
- Take customer orders and operate the cash register/POS system
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Keep the kitchen, counter, and work areas clean and organized
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Help with opening, closing, stocking, and basic prep work
- Work independently when needed
Requirements:
- Previous cook or kitchen experience preferred
- Cashier/customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Must be available for daytime shifts
- Food Handler Certificate is an asset
Schedule:
Part-time or full-time hours available depending on experience and availability.
